Is it OK to use Tuffy paper towels in the microwave? Even printed towels?’
Please consult your microwave oven manual on how to use paper towels in the microwave properly. It is safe to use a printed Tuffy towel in the microwave. Note: Any paper product may burn if used improperly in microwave ovens. |

What types of towel designs are available from Tuffy?
We offer a range of print designs through our printed Tuffy paper towel packs.
Tuffy Lifestyle Prints
in green & blue contain a range of fun print patterns which include butterflies, pears and oranges, classic kiwi jandals, summer flowers, party time and beach fun. Tuffy Contempo Prints
is a unique blue colour laminate print that looks sophisticated and shows off our unique Tuffy embossing pattern. |

Why can’t I find my favourite Tuffy towel?
We offer many choices in Tuffy towels as consumer preferences vary. Each store chooses which variants they wish to stock, if the store you regularly shop at does not have the variant that you are after please ask the Store Manager. Please be aware that our printed towels are packed in mixed outers and the store is not able to order in a bag of one particular pattern. It is also possible that the design you like is temporarily sold out. |

What is the advantage of using a Tuffy paper towel rather than
a cloth or sponge in my home?
Germs thrive in wet warm environments so the cloths and sponges that you use to clean around your home may be an ideal breeding ground. Tuffy paper towel thoroughly cleans up the mess and is then easily disposed of taking the germs with it. Using a paper towel for cleaning and spills also helps eliminate the spread of germs around your home. |

Can Tuffy paper towels be used for cleaning glass?
Yes, it is also advisable when cleaning windows to do it in the morning or out of direct sunlight as heat and the sun cause the windows to streak as the cleaning agent dries too quickly. |

How do you choose the designs for Tuffy?
The designs for the towel are based on consumer preferences and trends. We strive to provide a range of print designs which cover a variety of tastes from the sophisticated and chic to animated, fun and novel. |

Can printed Tuffy paper towels be used for general cleaning?
We recommend white towels or the white side of a printed towel when using any household cleaner. Printed towels, when used with household cleaning products, could leave some dye on the surface being cleaned. |

What should I do if I can’t find my favourite Tuffy paper towel?
Contact the store manager at your local supermarket and let them know which product you are after. If you’re looking for a particular print design it may be temporarily out of stock. Finally if you can’t find what you want contact us |

Are CottonSofts or KiwiSoft toilet tissue biodegradable?
Safe for septic tank systems?
An unbleached toilet tissue product is the safest for use in Septic tanks. CottonSofts and KiwiSoft are made from natural wood fibre and are oxygen bleached. They are therefore 100 percent biodegradable and safe for septic tanks. |

What variants and pack sizes does CottonSofts offer
to you a toilet tissue consumer?
CottonSofts is available in the following variants :Softly White, Marine Splash, Decor and CottonPosh. The pack sizes available are 4, 8, and 12 packs. Softly White and Marine Splash are available across all three pack sizes, while Decor and CottonPosh are available as 4 packs or 8 packs.
CottonSofts Double Length is available in a 4 pack (remembering it is really equivalent to 8 normal rolls) and you have the choice of two variants Softly White and Marine Splash.

Are any CottonSofts variants scented?
Yes. CottonSofts Decor is our scented variant. Remember when we talk about scented toilet tissue what we really mean is that the core of the toilet tissue (the cardboard roll) has perfume on it. Not the actual tissue. |

What does Double Length mean?
Double Length when it is describing toilet tissue is talking about the amount of tissue on each individual toilet roll. It is not in reference to the size of each sheet on the roll. Thus a normal roll has 220 sheets while a double length roll has 440 sheets. The sheet size is the same for both pack sizes. |

Why is my favourite CottonSofts toilet tissue design
not available in my supermarket?
Within our CottonSofts range of products there are several designs. However each store stocks a range of designs in accordance to their Head Office listings and/or at their own discretion. If you are unable to find a design you particularly want please ask your store manager.
It is important to remember that when we are making CottonSofts for you each variant type may have several design options within it. As the designs are packed randomly for each variant no one pack will be the same. For example, one Marine Splash eight pack may have the shell design, while another pack may have the dolphin design. |

How do you choose the print designs for CottonSofts?
We look overseas and within our own environment for trends in design and fashion. We also review constantly the ranges that perform well in the stores and update when necessary with fresher more modern looks. |

How did you think up the idea of the CottonSofts television commercials?
We discussed what was important to you as a consumer and what you like in toilet tissue, then applied that to the television commercials. They needed to be fun and catch your attention. We believe we have achieved this with the CottonSofts TV commercials. |

What variants and packs sizes does KiwiSoft offer
to you as a toilet tissue consumer?
KiwiSoft is available in both the 12 and 18 roll pack sizes. The white option is available in both pack sizes. However if you prefer print you will need to purchase the 12 roll Print pack. |
