Bowel Cancer New Zealand

In May 2013, Cottonsoft became a proud sponsor and supporter of Bowel Cancer New Zealand (BCNZ). The charity, founded in 2010 by a group of people affected by bowel cancer, with the support of clinicians, is committed to improving bowel cancer awareness among the general public and health professionals. Cottonsoft Social Responsibility Statement

Cottonsoft is committed to doing all it can to identify and prevent the practice of modern slavery across its own operations and those of its partners. We proudly hold the PEFC Chain of Custody certification, a demonstration of the thorough due diligence on modern slavery in supply chains that we undertake. This independent certification requires Cottonsoft and its suppliers to demonstrate we are adhering to international conventions which prohibit modern slavery. As part of this commitment and certification, we require all of our suppliers to regularly submit thorough reports about their efforts to prevent modern slavery and ensure adherence to Employee Welfare policies.

If Cottonsoft feels its suppliers are not meeting their commitments to their employees, it collaborates and develops action plans with the supplier to remediate the adverse impacts identified.
