Cottonsoft move their butt for Bowel Cancer New Zealand
Bowel Cancer Awareness Month is an annual initiative of Bowel Cancer NZ running annually in June to raise public awareness of a disease that claims the lives of 100 New Zealanders every month. June is also when this fantastic charity raises funds so they can keep supporting bowel cancer patients and their families (whanau).
CottonSofts have been a key sponsor of BCNZ for seven years now, and are proud to have once again supported this year’s MOVE YOUR BUTT challenge. Together as a team we walked over 1500km, played badminton, squash, gone running and much more! We can proudly say we have raised over $7100 so Bowel Cancer NZ can continue to support and raise awareness of this devastating disease.
Every move you make in June can literally make a difference. Taking part is easy; Bowel Cancer NZ work tirelessly to reduce the impact of bowel cancer in this country through lifesaving awareness, education, advocacy, research and support. Taking part in the Move Your Butt campaign is easy; all you need to do is sign up, challenge yourself to move more in any way you choose, get sponsored and raise funds. Every dollar goes a long way so get your family, friends and workplace to join in.
